Q: What's involved with a Mockup?
A: The Mockup is a 3 page (Home page, About page and one page of your choosing) preview of the look and style of website that can be done.
3 attempts can be made at it, to see what would suit you - the client- best. You provide the basic information, images and text, and we produce a preview. If satisfied we can move to contract work. If not, we can part amicably with no obligation. |
Q: Are you available 24/7?
A: Like everyone else, we eat, sleep, and have families to attend. The work times vary and can accommodate many time zones or shift work. Every client is in the scheduler and has access to the web master. Emergency issues (like site down or products issues) can be forwarded to the Web Masters Mobile phone.

Q: What if I cancel?
A: We would be sad to see you go!
As the websites are held in the server here with DansWeb, cancellation would mean site closure. We are not able to transfer the site to another web builder unfortunately, but every effort would be made to preserve your raw data and get that to you. - Never do we just "delete" sites. We will always try to get the raw data (Text, images etc) back to you. - In a situation where a client has failed to pay*, and we have to close the site, the same applies. Your raw data would be handed back to you as it remains yours. - Any domain purchased by DansWeb for the sites would have to be transferred using the relevant registrars. *See next question! |
Q: What if I can't pay?
A: If you can not pay for whatever reason: be honest. Lets talk and see what we can do about it.
This is business, but we are all human. Talk to the Webmaster. We will attempt to retrieve payment 3 times, and contact three times. After this if no contact is established, the site will be un-published and not receive anymore traffic. After payment is met, site will be republished. |
